Tomorrow I’m going to take arms against a sea of troubles. After all the food I had over the last few days I’m not “fat”… I’m thick! I mean if I look at my own profile in the mirror I’m twice as thick.
So, to begin with, first thing in the morning I’m preparing my dietetic holy grail, a ginger, chili pepper and lemon concoction that scares away any lust for food… Just bear in mind that I’m not a great cook and my recipes tend to be kind of extreme sometimes, so, if you want to give it a go, be prepared😁
Put water in a little pan and make it boil, then add three slices of fresh ginger a small chili pepper and the juice and the skin of half a lemon leave them in for at least 10 minutes. You can add some honey or stevia to make it sweet. If you survive it you will probably feel like doing everything but eating.
