You may wonder why I didn’t write anything for several months. Well, actually it’s because I didn’t really feel like, I basically lacked enthusiasm enough to get going. At the end of the day, once I realised I wasn’t about to become Chiara Ferragni overnight (and probably not even over the next few years), I could hardly see what the point was in writing a blog.

Then I decided to take my 6yo boy, AKA the Almighty C., to visit London…

Be it bacause I used to live here when I was young (you know when you’re in your early 20s and you kind of feel almighty in spite of any evidence to the contrary), London was and still is my favourite city in the world, and I have been working hard to convince the Husband to move back there since we left Italy (I mean… as long as we’re leaving abroad, suppose London would suit me better than Lugano). And I thought I knew it after all those years… What I wasn’t ready for are the delirious experiences London offers when you have a kid in tow! This is really some hilarious stuff and I thought I had to report on the surreal days we’re spending here in town with the Almighty C…. and never mind if LVMH will probably never ask me to design a capsule collection or choose me as a testimonial (at the end of the day I think I may even be happy with just a mere 20% discount at Gucci ๐Ÿ™„… to begin with…)

Over the next days I’ll perform my utmost to give you a truth and veritable picture of the wonders I’m seeing in these days, so keep up: I’m back on track… ๐Ÿ˜œ
